What's going on with Nintendo, /v/? Why aren't MKW and Bananza reviewing as well as Odyssey and BotW? Are they losing their touch? Or is it just an unfair bias from games journalists looking to take the big N down a notch? I can't fucking believe Mario Kart World and Bananza have such low scores compared to the two masterpieces we got from Switch 1's launch year.

BotW was never a 10/10. I still don't know what went through the retards's brains when they went so over the moon about it.
It feels like a 10/10 in the making when you're at the beginning of the game, and realizing it plays different than most other games you've played and not like previous Zeldas. After that, the pieces of its content and lasting impression is a diminishing one. The game doesn't get better the more you play it, it just repeats itself more, and that makes it an Ubisoft style of game. But critics also thought MGSV was the best Metal Gear Solid, so it proves journalists don't understand a god damn thing about games or quality.
