Fuck no. I've played it, it feels like absolute garbage. Worst gunplay I've ever experienced, basically unplayable levels of recoil and bloom. And the maps are trash. They went full modern Call of Duty with it, Battlefield is dead for real.

Battlefield has gone off the fucking rails since 4, with 3 being the last objectively great game.
4 was good, my darkest secret is I enjoyed Hardline, BFV was trash, BF1 was awful.
2042 could have been good if they hadnt spent 3 years developing it to be a battle royale game and then pivoted back to a straight up FPS game 6 months before release.

BFV has objectively the worst gunplay in the series and 2042 carried that over. BF6's gunplay isn't looking any better but since it's still in pre alpha there is a chance they might fix it before the release.

BF6 from what I saw carries the same ''recoil being tied to sights'' crap. With shit ton of horizontal recoil and minimal spread. Exact opposite of what BF gunplay should be. Also BF6 TTK is 100ms faster than BFV and 2042 averages lol. 2042 has around 250ms average TTK. BFV has around 220ms average TTK. BF6 has around 150ms, maybe even shorter? TTK is already too fast.
