It wasn’t there from the beginning, ittook the switch 4 years to get bluetooth audio support and when it did people memed about it going “wow, they added a basic feature that should’ve been there from the beginning”
Besides the bluetooth is dogshit with massive audio delays. Hell even the switch 2’s pro controller’s headphone jack has noticeable audio delays
If you want bluetooth audio you’re better off getting bluetooth usb headphones and plugging that in your switch dock. If anything it’s surprising how the options nintendo provided are somehow worse than the solution we had from the beginning

Switch 2 Bluetooth audio is much improved over Switch 1's. And people memeing on Nintendo for adding it never made sense because the PS4, PS5, Xbone, and Series X don't have Bluetooth audio at all. It's just convenient to connect my bluetooth headphones to my Switch 2 with just a couple button presses.

the psp go and the ps vita supported bluetooth audio too

switch 2 wont work with my bluetooth headphones. switch 1 did but the sound was far too delayed to be useable
