Gliding your way through the place that is permanently buzzing with guards is much more exciting than "wait till npc turns his back so you bonk them with 0 challenge". Ghosting allows you to truly understand the level, pay attention to its structure, mind the surfaces, remember the good shade spots, internalize the timings, water and moss arrows become much more important (btw I'm not talking about strict ghosting, for example I would consider using flash bombs acceptable, as long as you never get noticed). I recommend ghosting Ascend The Dim Valley, this FM has the perfect level of difficulty for ghosting without obnoxious shit like tile floors and guards that turn around once a century.
