So ive been thinking about this and the way all publishers are pushing for it makes sense.
the grift with live service is ending like with lootboxes, once again governments are clamping down on them with regulations and everything
wich means that they will have to go back to making traditional singleplayer games again, problem is that companies still want to keep up with growth percentages from the pandemic
so whats the best way to make up for lost MTX revenue? flood the market
get a bunch of jeets and utilise AI to shit out games as fast as you can, quality be damned
like in the 80's when every retard could singlehandidly make a game, difference now being that theres nothing stopping them like distribution or physical releases
In 5 years your going to have companies shit out a barely working game every month with some sort of ''AI product'' banner so they can brush off the quality and claim they'll fix it, while they still release some form of ''human'' made AAA game for the premium price every 5 or 10 years (but some people will still find AI generated assets in them)
the era of truly soulless vidya is about to come

Video games will never crash. Just the shitty publishers pushing dev replacement software will. And good riddance.

Ghibli AI oversaturation is still preferable to corporate memphis.

AAA is too obsessed with big games to go into mass slop manufacturing, that's gonna come from smaller studios. Think mobile game studio tier.

Modern AAA is terrible. Games taking 6+ years to develop with hundreds of people working on them is fucking retarded.
If implementing AI to do menial tasks will remove the bloat and speed up the production I view this as a net positive.
>but muh heckin jobberinos
Not the first or the last time a bunch people get replaced by automation.

It's not even a bad result otherwise. All they had to do was take a pipette and paint over the back of the screen.
But that's apparently black magic for pajeetsoft.

composition is terrible too,
its just a floating drawing, table just stops out of nowhere and the Xbox logo should never just be there at the bottom
this looks like a first years graphic design assignment

Just play old games at this point. There's enough vidya to last for a full lifetime.

Lol, talk to an AIfag long enough and eventually it'll come out that their entire mindset revolves around being mad that someone else has a skillset that they don't so they want them erased for being better at something

Literal communist thinking

AI shrinks file sizes but it's just like art.
Can you draw?
