I was thinking of buying this "a hat in time" game "WitchSpring R" or "Fantasy life i: The girl who steals time" but idk they all seem to be missing something like they have too much challenge or something like that.

I'm playing WitchSpring R right now. It's a charming little game, but it doesn't really have any challenge which makes it feel a bit hollow. If you're fine with playing a game mainly for the story and characters, but with little to no challenge, then it might be something for you.
