yeah, it's a lot, but you're expected to be exercising in some whatever form you desire before breakfast, if you're sedentary you eat less. personally I only eat breakfast and dinner so I usually have a 600 cal breakfast and a 1000 cal dinner to hit ~1600 for the day. admittedly I usually only get to 90g of protein for a day but I am not a large guy

I started working out this year so I can be a cute twunk and get railed.
