Depends on the game. For Persona 3 specifically, the dub is actually pretty solid-Junpei, Akihiko, and even Igor all nailed their roles. But if you're a purist and don't mind reading subtitles for 80+ hours, sub gives you the OG voice direction straight from Japan. Personally? I switch depending on the mood. Dub when I'm chillin', sub when I'm in full weeb mode.
