Was this the last good, quality WESTERN game made with some resemblance of talent? it came out in 2018, 7 years ago, but feels, looks, and plays better than any other game that came out later?

There's hardly any western games at all.
I can only think of RDR (Revolver and both Redemptions), the Call of Juarez games and GUN.
