>>716068685 (OP) >the only thing their (currently) only flagship title is known for is removing the main way people wanted to have fun without resorting to joining Dickswords to skip Intermissions
I already know the image is bullshit, but the Mario Kart happening would be the most likely reason.
>>716068685 (OP) >I now have a device that lets me play my existing Switch games at better resolution/frame rates >I now have two consoles for multiplayer Switch 1 games. >This will continue to be true even if not a single new
I don't care at all.
Nintendo could release only Metroid Prime 4, then kill the console and I'd be content.

For games without a major Switch 2 update, sure.
But for games with Switch-2-targetted patches (Zeldas, Kirby+Forgotten Land, Metroid Prime 4, Scarlet/Violet, Hogwarts Legacy (yes it is on PC, but you could be silly and emulate the Switch 1 version), etc, you can't get those improvements emulated yet.

Thats just blatantly wrong because outside of zeldas blatant graphical downgrades people have been playing all those games at higher resolutions & frame rates for years. People had totk at 4k 60 before it even released. So prime 4 will be no different
>According to Famitsu (via Gematsu and My Nintendo News), the Japan Switch 2's week-over-week sales figures for the latest week have seen a sharp decline. While an eventual drop off from the initial amount of momentum for the Switch 2 was expected, this is a particularly sharp decline.
False alarm, it's just more FUD where they neglect to mention Nintendo holds back stock before a big release.
>>716077297 >Nintendo's Wii U has sold more than $300 million in revenue in the United States, up from the $270 million take the Wii brought in during the same time period. Those numbers come from the NPD Group, showing that the Wii U has sold nearly 890,000 units in the U.S, with 460,000 units sold in December.
>It's worth noting that the Wii U Basic retails for $299.99, higher than the Wii's launch price of $249.99.
The kicker? >The Wii - which recently had a price drop - sold more than its successor with 475,000 units sold in December.

brb, gonna sell my console for 5 cents
you won't be laughing when it outsells the ps2 and switch, obviously making it the most successful console of all time!
