I hate to say it because I was really looking forward to it, but this game is just way, way too easy. I am not thinking or puzzled or challenged once by any element of this game: enemies, bosses, puzzles, platforming, it is all extremely basic, repetitive, predictable and dumb. As a long time Nintendo fan who has played lots of Mario and Zelda and all the DKs, I am highly disappointed. I can cruise through this game mindlessly and I find a new banana every 10 seconds (ooohh banana!!!!). It could just as well be on autopilot. What’s the point of going into a room to fight some enemies that you fight everywhere else constantly anyway? The puzzles are so easy, they’re not even puzzles. Not once have I had to pause and think about what to do next. This is a game for total babies. I have sonar and I can see a banana through the wall… so I smash my way to the banana. Wow! Rinse and repeat. The mechanics are cool and the design is cool but overall this game is a total flop. IGN is a joke. This is far from a 10/10. This is not a platformer, it’s a clicker. Press X repeatedly to progress and finish game.

Nintendo has released a good game since odyssey and botw. I didn't even like botw that much. Browser fury was fun but that doesn't count as it's super short and tagged on a wii u game. And no meyroid dread wasn't good and was a cheap cash grab.
