Unironically soifaced to their trailer. They were my absolute most wanted never-ever. That Direct was probably one of the best Directs of all time from a Smash standpoint. They gave the weebs their pick at the beginning and then gave scrimblofags their long-awaited character at the end. The only thing that could rival their reveal is probably Geno at this point.

As someone who never played Banjo Kazooie but knew how beloved it was, I was happy. Also, big general Scrimblo fan, I like all mascot platformers.

Playing him was a hoot once you got a feel for him. That pivot smash was disgusting, and getting Wonderwing kills was great too. Plus down throw into a smash attack was a nice true combo.
