Live service games as a whole do. They bury self-contained games with beginning and end by giving people something they can play forever.
Obviously this isn't the only problem but I think it has substantial impact.

roblox was incredible if you were a poorfag with a terrible computer. i probably sunk 300 hours into apocalypse rising. so many friendships from just putting my skype in the comment section for the game.
