There's zero punishment for attacking, so you just mindlessly mash the attack buttons and dodge here n there.
Then every other gacha hack n slash ends up making their combat like that too, because hoyo players will wine that not being able to dodge mid attack so they can mindlessly mash the attack button feels clunky to them.
