Requires face to be impressive. Rare talent to know and be able to show something right. Maybe need to know what makes up such features. Some are hard gained and some people spend their whole lives assigning hardship to others, don't want what's right respected, don't want to lose their position, bear some the hardcore have.
Softcore, hardcore whatever. Not compromised. On a mission maybe.

And there are those that want that associated with otherwise. Lies. Shrinks instead of soldiers. Or degrees of alike students instead of what rescues and makes alternatives for what the university educated scum inflict on experiments.

Hair is ok, some more complexity. Face matters more. You can build around a look. What the character deserves, furthers, does. Where they need to be/shine.

Artists maybe trying to do right by them. Don't deny the hardship, but give them something special. Happy ending even. As close to that without it being fake.

Bald means a no tolerance policy. Skinhead. Army. Maybe more relatable with hair. More understanding. Won't headbutt, snarl and fight them for being wrong. Forgive careless transgressions, see failure as unintentional. Have faith.
