To no ones surprise this game looks like shit. Just like league, valorant and arcane. Riot steals everything from better companies and then the only unique thing from the company(the art style) is the most soulless drivel I've ever seen.

Ikr, there's no feedback at all in this game. Like ffs Smash bros of all things has more juice and satisfying hits than this fraud.
Vfx/Sfx/stage composition, everything looks off. Anims are good though.

The only reason this game was anticipated so much initially was because at the time netcode for fighting games was shit. They took so long that's no longer an issue now.

Don't you love it when the characters that already get shoved down your throat everywhere continue to get shoved down your throat everywhere? When these boring characters got fleshed out and still stayed boring but had an entire TV show dedicated to them, did they also still need to be in the base roster for the fighting game? When I think of a League of Legends fighting game, a lesbian that wears metal boxing gloves isn't on the top of my priority list. If I had not to include someone from Arcane, Jayce would have been the first one most likely because his stance swap mechanic from melee to range form would have been extremely fun for a fighting game. Heimerdinger would likely also be really cool if they could figure out how to get his playstyle to work. But no, instead we just have punch lady with one liners.

Or what about the Soul Fighter skinline and event they did in game? Wouldn't that have made sense? You know...the fighting game themed event? With characters like Samira with her easily translatable moveset and memorable design? Or Gwen who is extremely popular, eye catching due to having giant bright blue drill hair, and wields giant scissors? Or even Sett? That line just handpicked a bunch of characters that you would think would have been specifically teasing inclusions for this game. But no, we have Jinx, Vi, and Ekko. I get that monsters aren't popular, but there are plenty of humans or humanoids that are and are way better picks.

And hell there are monsters and unorthodox characters that are popular. Malphite is well liked globally and especially in China. Mordekaiser has a strong following in the Americas. But instead they added...Illaoi.

dogshit roster, ugly as fuck style. this game is DoA. not even a prize pool like fatal fury can save it.

If Jayce and Viktor are the last 2 characters I sincerely hope the game will come out with worse netcode than Nen impact.
