This would be my top 100. I don’t think the op list isn't that bad except for the Kojima and Rockstar dicksucking. Mario Bros 1 is alright but so many other games in the series completely destroy it.

I played Chrono Trigger in the 90s and I just replayed it a few weeks ago. It's always been a good game and it's still a good game now, but it's never fucking been the best game ever made and it certainly isn't the best game now. I love it like many others do but it's overrated nevertheless.

I'm strangely ok with this list. Sure, Chrono Trigger or Shadow of The Colossus shouldn't be that high, but overall the list is pretty good. There are some problems though, Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen is a decent game, but nowhere near 100 greatest games of all time. It's too linear (optional areas aren't really that optional or have anything remarkable, they're very close to normal paths), while dungeons are just switch hunts.
I'd replace Contra III with Contra Hard Corps without a beat, Hard Corps is overall better game and I don't see it on the list at all.
It's hard to believe that anyone would put Super Mario Bros from the NES on that list. Sure, it was the best game on the system back in the day but there are better Mario games even on NES system. Mario isn't even on my top 20 NES list.
It's hard to believe that you have 4 MGS games but the best one - Phantom Pain - is absent.

It's still leagues better than any other MGS with actual sneaking and gameplay to cutscenes ratio.
I don't see Duke Nukem or Blood in there also ther should be at least one Tekken game, probably 5.
Overall the list is kinda hardlocked on AA/AAA titles ignoring most indies, but as a booomer myself I can't really complain.
