Did you know that the first Uncharted game was designed by Yasuhara Hirokazu, lead designer of the original Sonic games? He worked with Naughty Dog all throughout the 00's.
Uncharted 1 is by far the best in the series. The only people who dislike it are normalfags that enjoy Snoy movie "games" that play themselves which was innovated by Uncharted 2.
Uncharted 1, in comparison, is an actual game and not just a scripted cinematic simulator like the rest of the series; there are barely any cutscenes in it and it has some decent gunplay. I also really like the vibe and the setting of the old abandoned Spaniard town in the Caribbeanโs.
>>716161710 (OP)He did some of the game design, perhaps he is why the shooting is so satisfying when you *don't* use the iron sights. The only way to know what his contributions were would be to ask him. It's a good game and the sequels are all fun too. He also worked on Jak 2, 3 and X.
It's the weakest and just because [some guy] who worked on [a different game] is involved doesn't make it the best
>>716162141learn to read beyond the first sentence, dumb ADHD-ridden zoomoid
>>716161710 (OP)I completed the first game last year but can't remember the ending
>>716161710 (OP)>>716162253>Uncharted 1 is by far the best in the serieswhat am I missing chungusboi? Or do you just want to make claims that go unchallenged?
>>716161710 (OP)>Uncharted 1 is by far the best in the series. The only people who dislike it are normalfags that enjoy Snoy movie "games" that play themselves which was innovated by Uncharted 2.you know anon is a seething contrarian when this is his "argument"
>>716162326They thwart the bad guys plan and barely escape. Sully comes close to dying but don't. Nathan and Elena hint at romantic feelings for each other.
Uncharted 1 has some brvtal enemy encounters on Crushing. Pretty decent game actually, glad someone else noticed. I love how much behind the scenes the game has on the disc, did you know every texture was done by hand without any stock assets or photography?
>>716162501I remember zombies or some ghouls and then a nazi submarine and something, but if I can't remember the ending that means the game wasn't good
>>716161710 (OP)>Uncharted 1 is by far the best in the series. This isn't even contrarianism but pure retardation.
>>716161710 (OP)Uncharted 1 literally controls the clunkiest and has the worst shooting in the series. The game on Crushing is borderline cancer
>Uncharted 1 is by far the best in the series
How about no? It was just shooting blacks and South Americans in a jungle setting. It only became good after they ripped off tomb raider more in 2
>>716161710 (OP)I started at Uncharted 2 and I instantly fell in love.
But I never played another one after that.
>>716162469I remember being midly bored about 2/3rds of the way through 1 because you kill like 200 guys that come out of nowhere and you're supposed to be in this lost city
>>716161710 (OP)>Uncharted 1 is by far the best in the seriesThis is common knowledge.
>>716162686I beat the game on Crushing EZPZ in about a week. I don't know how easy a game can be before it stops being a "game" but Naughty Dog has made it their mission to plumb those depths.
>>716162694It was far better as an Indiana Jones ripoff. Even had a haunted U-Boat level.
>>716163374Uncharted 2 and 3 has better designed arenas and introduced stealth to help thin out enemy numbers before the shootout
>>716164482I don't care, still not playing them
>>716161710 (OP)Uncharted 4 was back loaded by repeating environments and shoot out encounters that put me to sleep. Literally all the other entries besides the two lesbos one are better.
>>716161710 (OP)i quite enjoyed these games but holy fuck did they get extremely difficult at parts, especially the end.
i stopped playing 4, might continue one day
>>716167018>braindead movieslop for mouthbreathing normalfags>difficultthe absolute state of this place
>>716167283the sewers in 1 were brutally difficult, so were the blue guys in 2, there were parts i probably died 20 times in, even when setting it to easiest

this room, and this room only. i was stuck here for probably half an hour
>>716161710 (OP)I don't think Uncharted 1 is that good. I played it back in the day and I remember I just found it mediocre to OK at best, I never had a huge amount of fun playing it or anything. Uncharted 2 was the best from what I've played. 3 wasn't as good and beyond that I haven't played anything else.
>>716167505That room is a tough fight.
>>716167415The avatar cunts are annoying. I generally found Uncharted to have a shitty difficult curve all through the series. They just start throwing bullet sponges at you by the dozen.
>>716169446and there's no auto aim whatsoever making it unnecessarily difficult
>>716167505Goddam that guy fucking sucks. Tries to snipe with the shotgun, rolls out of cover in the wrong direction, just stands there like a fool waiting for the bad guy to peek, gut shots with the pistol. This is the type of people that post
>game is difficult!
>>716161710 (OP)>Uncharted 1 is by far the best in the seriesGet sniped from across the level 0.1 second after leaving your cover. I guess it makes sense that a Sonic guy would make something this broken and unbalanced
>>716167283You haven't played it if you think it's easy. On some levels enemies can kill you as soon as you turn the corner, before you even see them. It's just bad design really
>>716172078I played UC1 on a PS3 when it was new and this literally never happens. You get tons of "passes" when the shooting starts and you only get punished for doing stupid shit like
>>716167505. You can shit there and tank an AK burst and the cheapest starting pistol also happens to be a 1-shot headshot machine. People who can't handle the very basics of a videogame really are ND's demo.
