>>716177161 (OP)1. They literally call themselves Matriarchs retard.
2. No such conversation occurs, the term post dates the game.
3. It's not one person being a weird pervert in the context of a adventuring party.
4. They're less ugly.
5. It never comes up, and has as much plot relevance as the alien that needs a pressure suit or they'll implode.
6. The companions are written as actively helpful, none of this Bechtel test crap.
7. The game has no cringe scene where they tell their parents that they're a pervert.
8. It's normal within the context of the narrative, and is non-invasively explained.
9. If the matter is investigated, and questioned. The character, and player is literally surprised, the context of Shephard first learning about this is asking "Where are all the male Asari" when going around learning more about all the weird alien races on the Citadel. Tieing into the game's larger themes of Humanity being late comers to a established universe, they don't yet understand. It has a game there and isn't just a vehicle for pervert stuff.
10. A brief offhanded remark that takes 15 seconds is very different then trying to milk being a pervert for hours of drama.
