Doubt it, the original sure has faster cutscenes but that doesnt mean it is more fun. Rebirth has different type of content, minigames, cool cutscenes and characters, entertaining music, and a battle system you never get bored of.
The original on the other hand each time you enter a random battle you can hear yourself be like "ugh..."
