Good soundtrack, decent gameplay, kinda meh world/map. VASTLY underused time period for video games, really wish that wasn't the case. I beat it and don't remember much but I never hated it, its an alright game but nowhere near as memorable as the first two, for obvious reasons

The game would have been so much better if it embraced its blaxploitation groove instead of trying to be Serious Story About Racism. It has a DLC where you hunt for stolen nukes and rogue CIA agent for God's sake.

I actually had fun with this game on my 2nd attempt. The first time I watched all the cutscenes and played how you are "supposed to" until I actually couldn't take it anymore. 2nd time around I skipped all the cutscenes and just muted the game, I treated it like an arcade mode version of the Godfather game, slowly taking over territory, I really enjoyed it like this.

Well they say he was in the army as a infantrymen, but also that he somehow deserted/was inexplicably discharged/faked his death to also be in some nondescript secret role in the CIA where he became a ubisoft video game protagonist who drives up to map markers in a janky magical bumper car, then gets out, and single handedly takes out the small army of armed people who are just standing around in each room waiting to be shot.

Good ost and set pieces but not much else.
The story is ass but the CIA friend saves it.
The game still has some weird bugs and you have to do a shitload of menial labor to progress and unlock stuff, including weapons and main story missions. worth a playtrough if you get it for cheap but the previous games are much better. I hope the new one is good as well.
