I got the black knight halberd 6 hours into my first DS1 playthrough and I steamrolled through it

So I finished the game with twinkling titanite weapons. This carried me through my first playthrough, I switched it for the UGS at the kiln of the first flame and let me tell you, you DID beat the game. Have you seen this thing R2? It's useless. I had to learn how to parry to do some damage

Pretty fun weapon, plus the toxic is useful in some situations (mostly early pvp and sometimes in pve, when a boss is weak to it)
You'll want to combine it with a caster stat - faith most probably since you mention you did pyro\magic already (be warned though, gravelord miracles suck)
if you want another super fun, low stat investment weapon, you could try the giant blacksmith hammer, the definitive SL1 run tool

About 1/3 of my playthroughs were str/faith. Just didnt mention it because you cant really do a pure faith build. Ill probably do int or maybe pyro, well see.

Goes well with both, I used it on a magic build. The gravelord sword has terrible scaling, so you just need the minimum stats to wield it.
If you want to stop at 16 str (2h only) there's a bunch of other good weapons you can buff\infuse (you can also two hand the zwei for example)

Another funny (but very late) low req weapon is the obsidian greatsword. It's buffable and the buff affects the special attack

Another funny weapon (but totally different build) is queelag's fury sword

Also, if you did a bunch of str/faith build, I hope you tried Grant at least once. Fun times really
