I like how people want to make youtube videos to try to earn money instead of doing any kind of honest, or even dishonest labor. They dont want to accept the harsh reality that the world needs grunt labor. Even when 90% of jobs are automated most humans will be forced to contribute in some meaningful way in an attempt to justify their continued existence. Even the niggers you shit on all day do grunt labor, the quality of which non withstanding.

Most of the relatively famous youtubers were either artificially propped up, or did things as a fit of passion as a hobby that ended up turning into something more, without expecting to be able to quit their day job. I have two comments that have 40k likes each.
One comment basically summarizes the video, another - is a dumb and easy joke/satire. I have some videos I have made 10+ years ago, they weren't made with a lot of effort, and there are videos by other people which are much better than mine. But I have 10-100x views (only like 20k views, but they have 2-3 digits). One of these videos "blew up" a decade later after I posted it, I can post it if you want. Your audio is bad, your thumbnail and title don't explain what the video is about and your hook (first 30 secs) didn't hook me.
