Tamriel Rebuilt+Project Tamriel for me. They are pretty much everything I want from a new Elder Scrolls game now that Bethesda can't deliver.

Doom mods like Eviternity and its sequel. I didn't hate Dark Ages as much as some people, but it just isn't as good as what you can get in free megawads.
