You will most likely have a proprietary PSU that can't be upgraded and doesn't have a 6- or 8-pin GPU connector. The best card that can work with those limitations is GTX 1650. That card isn't really the best bang-for-the-buck compared to more power-hungry but cheaper and more performant cards. There quickly comes a point where it stops being worth it. Mine was below 100 EUR for the entire PC, so I feel like I still made the cut.
