I'll start: Reworked Perks. Always was disappointed by the perks in this game. Fallout NV had great perks that you could build your character around. Fallout 4 also had cool perks, Fallout 3's? Most of the perks just give you extra skill points, and that's about it.

Most of the extra skill point perks are just in the early levels though. The more specific gimmick perks come later.

NV was also the worst 3D Fallout, FO3 is fine as it is just make the graphics better

Survival mode is shit and 90% of its additions make the game substantially less fun to play. The only mechanics that have merit are damage rebalances, hunger, and no fast travel. And hunger only works if they put more thought into the balancing than "cooked food feed more" aka more thought than Bethesda is capable of
