Nothing. I haven't bought a $70 game yet, let alone a $80 one.
>>716264507 (OP)Villagers inflate if you feed them too much
>>716264507 (OP)Sex with villagers. Literally nothing else would make it worth it
I can't think of anything unless it's like...a completely new experience. Realistically sized island and realistic nature. The last game pushed the old style of the series to its natural limit.
Nobody is going to give a shit about this. The previous games only did so well because of covid.
>>716264507 (OP)a mechanic that will let me lick my villager's paws
>>716264507 (OP)Different biomes you can visit through different means of travel. Visit desert towns, artic outposts, rainforests.
>>716264507 (OP)work on your photoshop skills lmao
>>716264536This. Or the ability to play as an animal. Would be neat.
>>716264507 (OP)Return to how the original game was. Massive improvements to villagers in all respects. No more dollhouse bullshit or keep it to a minimum
It killing anyone who plays it.
>>716264507 (OP)3 high quality figurines of any villager of your choosing and a poster included with the purchase.
>>716264565This but the player as well.
With forcefeeding events too
I really want more life sim and less doll house. You can keep the doll house elements you already built, but I want more organic interactions between villagers like earlier games.
>>716264536This. And Isabelle sitting on my face. I'd buy that for a dollar
>>716264507 (OP)Any adult playing this is a woman or a gay furry.
>>716264507 (OP)more varied village personalities, more bugs and fish and fossils (we've had the same set since the first game), having a physical in-game other town that generates and you can go visit even if you don't have online that you can't really alter and just does it's own thing over time using some kind of procedural generation.
>>716264507 (OP)It's a game for babies and women. Are you a man? Why are you playing a game for women?
Nothing. AC has been trash for the last ten years.
>>716264507 (OP)I like how New Horizons and Happy Home Paradise all have light narratives to get you settled into the regular gameplay loop and I wouldn't mind seeing this expanded somewhat. It's difficult to adhere to the 30 minutes of content a day format and resist the urge to time travel when the game is brand new and costs 70 to 80 dollars. Something more substantial for the first two weeks for play would be appreciated. Happy Home Designer needs to be in the base game as well, it's just such a complimentary game mode and goes a long way toward giving you more to do during the day.
>>716264507 (OP)Double the island/town size, 15 villagers per town, greatly expand personalities, subpersonalities and hobbies, remove crafting, bring back all the missing shops and NPCs, all the furniture from the mobile game, dating mechanics
>>716264507 (OP)Places to explore and visit. The city in City Folk was a good example, just expand upon that.
God Christ please let them realize tool durability was garbage
>>716264507 (OP)We can only go up from NH I hope.
>talking to villagers sucks because they have 2 things to say and almost no hobby system or jobs for the player to do. Your relationship with them is also always good and doesnโt matter>Collecting fossils and bugs sucks because youโre always making the same tools over and over again.>Designing the town sucks because it takes forever to get anything and building roads is a tedious process. >Nothing to do for multiplayer (why didnโt they just keep doing the minigames from NL??)Literally just do a remake of GCN and just donโt fuck it up I hate it here.
Also make a dungeon-crawler spin off ok.
I want to make tunnels in my town.
Live execution of Kyogoku
>>716264507 (OP)Bruh it's animal crossing. I played that shit for over 1000 hours during the pandemic. I'll get my money's worth either way.
>>716264507 (OP)Massive expansion to villager dialogue/events. I want to feel like I'm building a community, not an island playset.
More dynamic villagers. Not just conversations, but also doing things like interacting with decorations placed in the world, especially in the zone directly in front of their house. Villagers should also have dynamic relationships, not just with the player(s) but also with each other. Sometimes your villagers just might not get along, but maybe you can help them out, that sort of thing. And while I'm not necessarily a fan of dating and romance being added, I'd be quite behind the ability to invite someone to be roommates with you. They get one of the rooms in your house and in exchange you get rent each month and special conversations with them.
I'd like the island or village or whatever itself to be more dynamic, where I could designate a building or a zone to be something specific. Much like how in HHA, you can make a restaurant and villagers will show up and sit at the tables and eat food, that should be on the main village. I would also like to see houses for all of the NPCs who aren't just passing through, and we'd get to seem them on their way to and from work each day.
>>716264802Just like you could visit islands in the earlier games where it was summer year round, I think it would be neat to have a mountainous area where it's winter all the time. You'd put work into renovating it and maybe a resort/hot spring would open there. There would also be caves where you'd be more likely to find fossils - or crafting materials if we're absolutely doing that garbage again.

Expanded ibehaviours and interactions and with villagers, such as hugging them once you become good friends.
>>716264507 (OP)some kind of improvement on the base game would be nice. Animal Crossing has barely changed since the 64 game. All they've done is remove personality types and make the polygons smoother
Improvements to villager personalities (including bringing back rude villagers) and being able to better interact with them the longer you engage with them (hugging them, dating them).
More improvements to the clothing editor (e.g. swimsuit editor)
>>716264507 (OP)Unironically a steam release.
>>716264507 (OP)kick the director (Aya Kyogoku) out of Nintendo, the reason NH sucked is because it was directed and dev'd by women who are lazy.
>Bring back all building expansions (including all nooks expansions, the hair salon, kicks and everything else)>rework terraforming>dollhouse features are ok as long as its not used as an excuse for less features elsewhere>remove tool durability except on wood tools. Some durability features are ok. Metallica and Gold tools should not fucking break>Ability to sell your crops you grow>Shops are out of town >Cropfields and farms as a out of town areaon that idea. We're going stardew
>"dungeon" randomly generates with " Random Enemy villagers" that arent among the villager friends list>dungeon is randomly generated on entry and can be a beach, cave, plains, or mountain>villager can equip basic hammer, sword and bow to keep it cute aesthetic because its still animal crossing>Can only clear the cave once a day and get a recipe along with a random amount of bells at the end (recipes can still wash up on shore or be had from villagers)>rework crafting entirely>get rid of the stupid seed system, all furniture obtainable>go back to having to work to get your villagers to like you, yes you pussies even if the villagers make kids cry.>expand villager dialogue to match thisthere I saved animal crossing with my autism.
No more ugly islands PLEASE take me back to a cozy village and make the dialogue not SOULLESS
>>716284761Tits too small
beestings are hotter than total flatness
>>716264507 (OP)There's literally nothing with how dog shit New Horizons was.
Whatever follows will be shit and lack any of the soul or passion any of its predecessors did.
I'm so sick of the island and I want it to be a forest again
>>716264507 (OP)Play as an animal.
Complete rewrite on villager dialogue and behavior.
Get rid of Zipper.
Roommates and dating (like PC implied)
Fix basic stuff like bulk crafting, balloon recipes, Nook Islands, and multiplayer.
It would have to have all that, at a minimum, for me to even consider buying a "1.5" version.
I saw some trailers of Hello Kitty Island Adventure and it has a lot of stuff that seems great for AC games. Actual minigames, a rollercoaster type thing, looked like cave exploration or something like that was there, etc. It's genuinely inexcusable to me how anemic AC:NH was, none of that type of shit seems like it'd be that hard to implement.
