Back when I played it I just used the ccmod or whatever. The one that added pregnancy. Which wasn't why I grabbed it it also just had a bunch of other quality of life options tacked on which I wanted it for. And the goth image pack. That part too.

I haven't touched it in a year and half because the post 1.2xx updates (when all the art was being updated and redrawn) broke a bunch of content. Then the changes to CC mod broke some things too. As it stands I have a bunch of the assets, changes to title and passive names, but need to actually look at the new code and reintegrate it all. Maybe since the updating is finally over with, it seems, I will actually put it all back together. Never thought I'd see people randomly posting about it two years after the fact.

grinding money is a chore but I want to see the prison with all edicts and every level fully repaired

Adding onto this. Remtairy also hates rape. There's no real rape in Karryn's Prison as he claims Karryn gave consent.

Paladin mod that removes all sex scenes and lewd scenes, instead giving you a game over screen if something lewd were to happen and giving you a better ending where it ends with you keeping your convictions and self confidence and changing the world for the better.
If you must have a lewd scene you can meet a guy and marry him and show the protag having loving sex in the missionary position for the sole purpose of procreation after marriage.
