Mine was doing that too. Dont use any of the resolution mods, use "Bloodborne PC SFX Fix All Effects NO Crashes for INTEL 12gen and up (Ebrietas Fight Crash Fix AMD and Intel)" mod along with the patches and stuff that come with shadPS4 that fix crashing.
Make a shortcut for Bloodborne to your desktop and have it run in administrator mode also.

I dont know what combination of fucking around got it working on my machine but It eventually worked after I tried every fix possible. It used to load for half a second then CTD, then I got that working but itd CTD whenever I hit an enemy or got hit.

On BB-PC discord they have CTD fix it tips, try all of them.

yes because the emulator is functionally less than a year old, you're not executing the game's code, you're running everything on top of an unoptimized compatibility layer to get things working because you dont have access to the game's code or executable

Inb4 food analogy but imagine some people saying that a dish is so fucking good that they were laughing, cumming, shitting and pissing themselves with each bite, easily one of the top things they've ever eaten. Then you try it and it's really good but only on par with the standard of that restaurant. It's hard to get excited and post about it relentlessly, especially if you played the hybrid version (ds3) before.

Does anyone know why the vertex thing in particular is taking so long to fix? I know it has to do with the facegen middleware but it seems like an odd thing to elude the emulator devs for so long after they've ironed out so many little edge cases.

I have it 60fps on a modded ps5 so I can't play a lot of games I own on it because of outdated firmware.
At this point I'm using the emulator as an excuse to myself that this is why I still haven't updated the ps5 so I can play all the new games that don't run on the old firmware from the comfort of my living room.

Elden Ring can run on a potato, but running a PS4 emulator to run a Bloodborne on the other hand is going to be fairly demanding, at least for a while.

I'm waiting closer to October to play Bloodborne again. Usually goes good with horror movies and the cooler weather.
