Composers? Replaced.
Programmers? Replaced.
Game designers? Replaced.
Illustrators? Replaced.
Localizers? Replaced.
Directors and producers? They'll stay since companies don't want AI to have control over decision making.

But basically what will happen in the next five years is that everyone who isn't a decision maker (design lead, programming lead, director etc) will be replaced by AI.

AI will do the job MUCH faster, much better and practically for free. But don't think for a moment that prices will go down.

The 9,000 Microsoft cut will be replaced by AI and low wage pajeets. And Microsoft is just the beginning. Once a few large companies do this, everyone else will have to follow because otherwise they won't be able to compete.

Consumers could stop this by saying no to AI, but consumers don't give a shit unless something affects them personally.

Sybb you should chat with a Samus chatbot so you can finally have someone else to talk about your obsession with flabby asses and spanking them.

Not all companies will go this way. Look at Nintendo, they have said no to generative AI, as they believe in their employees. And Nintendo is doing better than Microsoft.

Nintendo will be forced to mass fire employees and replace them with AI and pajeets, as having such high costs will be unsustainable when everyone else use AI.

Good.
All of these people are overpaid and undertalented anyway, and those that aren't haven't been able to do their job in 20 years because of directors and producers being jews who've never played a game in their lives.
AI taking over will end the cycle, either the products are so soulless people stop buying them and the industry can cycle back to where it began after another crash, or AI gets good enough at making games it can make new and novel ones the likes of which we haven't seen in two decades.
As long as the downward spiral stops I don't give a fuck how it stops.

Obviously, what kind of retarded argument is that?
Doesn't affect me and it's in this case something I consider to be an unimportant change that may as well have already been in place in all but execution, so whatever. Whoever wants their game to be made properly will do it, whoever wants to make slop will do just that. Exactly as it should be.

I don't understand. Are you saying AI is going to replace 4chan posters? That'll be good too.

AI will replace anyone who works in front of a computer within five year, minus management people.

Thanks for the non-answer. I'll wait for the AI replacement of the 4chan userbase outside of this thread. Feel free to reply to someone who's on the catalog.

AI is not a popular thing right now. A game made fully with AI will get torn to shreds regardless of quality, and as much as the heads of big companies want to make the jump because of short sighted profit, all of them are scared to make the first move as they know it has a good chance of costing them their own job when the shareholders come asking why the Internet now hates the company. Sure, your average idiot won't care, but they will care enough when all they see is negative press about it that they should probably stay away at least.

Well, what will happen when there's mass unemployment, low purchasing power and all the wealth goes to big tech?

Revolution?
People will put prices on Musk's Zuckerberg's and other's heads?

AI is really dumb, the fact that it mostly impressed 3rd world tier ESL should tell you how "capable" it really is. Trained on white data.
