I thought it was a weird choice when I first heard about it, but I read an interview with the director about what he was trying to do and why the game existed and after that I was on board with it.
The game itself is really fun, too. It's like a bite sized Elden Ring focused on jolly co-op.

Am I the only one who didn't buy the ER DLC? I thought the base game was mid to begin with and from what I hear the DLC is even worse when it comes to bullshit bosses, empty fields and collectathon crap. Asking $40 for it is a joke.

Is Base fulghor the hardest nightlord if you none of your team has any lightning? The only lighnting loot I had was a shitty whip and the other randos had nothing, and he summons his pillars much more in base compared to everdark. we got shat on.
