You get progress towards the achievement by killing them normally.
If you remove the fortified through foam/mortar, transform them with a 005 alch or instakill them with stuff like the pirate hook then it won't count.

You don't use Jungle Druid, you don't use MOAB to Red Bloon alchemsit and avoid using one shot towers.
If you wanna get it over quick you farm Elite Bloonarius on Logs or something and when you get to T5 you farm him and whenever he's about to die you lose on purpose and restart so he goes back to full because he makes tons of MOABs and ceramics.

Go to the menu where you can bind hotkeys to different actions, go to the bottom of the page and look at the Advanced Hotkeys section.
In there, there's 3 options that say "Activate Selected Tower Ability 1/2/3"
Bind Ability 1 to whatever key you want, then in the game with the elite defender/bomb blitz selected press the hotkey. You will trigger their ability.

If you're REALLY having trouble with MOABs, Obyn with alch buff can instapop them using brambles; and Ben's trojan makes them not spawn anything when they die, though keep in mind that you will lose a lot of money from that.

Start with some darts/snipers or whatever and save up for a 003 monkey ace. Give the ace 203, and then give it a 300 alch. Get a 220 village and a second 203 ace. Start farming and with that you should be able to buy something big enough for the late game.

Ben doesn't spam trojan fast enough to affect every r90+ moabclass bloon though. Oh Im actually retarded, I didnt see the monkey limits. Still, bottom path is still not good. I don't know if there is any path limits for that challenge, but I'd go 20X for cannons, X02 Aces, 20X wizards, maybe bottom path for mermonkey, still not enough experience with using it but the siren song is a great time waster, tack shooter is a little up in the air, and usually bottom path is locked for engi so 3?? is a good opener, 320 if you need more DPS on MOABS. Maybe one Ace of Wizard has to go middle path for the activate and you might want to sell a magic to go top path for the DDTs but otherwise that should do it.
