In Detroit Become Human I got Kara whacked by standing still (I didn't like the game manipulating me with such a contrived situation with a gigachud caricature). I went in blind and hesitated rewinding when I saw it really just killed her but ended up accepting the flow. I didn't know I spared myself the worst third of the game, so I guess it turns out well but I assume it's meant as a "bad ending".

Pathologic 2 just fucks the player up with RNG and you need to minmax your foot steps in limited time if you want to have a chance of saving everyone.
People that raged at the difficulty simply couldn't accept some of the cast dying. The game is very easy if you just survive and help those you can along the way. I never reloaded and half the cast died because I wasn't sure where to go.

There is a Yes Man fuck em all ending but you have to be really indecisive to get it organically.
You need to have between 8 and -8 alignment at the alignment lock that gives or takes 10 alignment points. If you don't know it's coming up you can be too neutral to actually stay on the neutral route. It's dumb.
