I switched to Fedora Gnome and I'm really happy with it all the games I play work.

I don't know how much of an fps difference there is though I haven't really tried to compare.

God DAMN I miss how much of a perfectly optimized W8.1 was. Microsoft, why did you have to fuck this one up?

I wish someone would back-port kernel extensions like they did for XP to be able to play new games on 8.1. It's all I ask for. I don't care about cloud or AI, or even unnecessary feature bloat. Just give me something simple, functional, and effective. It's what the last bastion of Windows was, 8.1
