They didn't "fire" Charles Zembillas, hell, he was even brought back for Crash Nitro Kart. He wasn't an employee of Naughty Dog. No clue who David Siller is. Are you sure you aren't talking about Joe Pearson? Much like Charles, he was never an actual employee of Naughty Dog.
