Human Right implies something that is universally applicable to nearly, if not all, humans, and if withheld, will cause anyone harm or distress. Saying that access to clean water and healthy food is a human right makes sense. Trans issues only affect a minor segment of the population. I understand that slogans are often oversimplifications of a position, but I still don't grasp what they mean.
