Hey Bamco, now that Shadow Labyrinth was a failure, can we get something actually good like World 2 Repac or something like Maze Madness or Adventures in Time?

ok, but seriously, i'm like 99% sure they have a world 2 remake as a failsafe, they have to, they've been teasing since the original remake did fine

World 2 is fine as-is the remake would ruin it like it ruined the first one

To me it's less about the game needing a remake (though i would certainly get rid of some really annoying difficult spikes the game has) and more of supporting the non-arcade pac-man games, I want to see more stuff like World, World Rally or Maze Madness instead of "here's the arcade game BUT WITH A TWIST".

How is World 2 compared to the first one? I like the first one quite a bit, but I've never played the sequels or even hear them mentioned much.

Some say it's better than World 1, some say it's worse, and I think its worse than 1 but still a great game.
It has veru good stuff (specially the music) but I think the difficulty is way too unbalanced, some levels are easy and then the game gets really hard to borderline bullshit, also I didn't had as much fun collecting the fruits, dots or clearing the mazes like in World 1.
