People who unironically think For Honor moving away from reactable offense to read/prediction based offense was a bad thing, the only people who hold this opinion are people who are bad at not just For Honor, not just melee slashers, not just fighting games, but any PvP game in general.

There's plenty to criticise about the game but jesus christ, the amount of retarded people who think reactable attacks is a sensible design decision in a PvP game is staggering, you ask them if they think projectiles in every PvP shooter should be slow and dodgeable too and their heads explode.

It gets even worse when they start calling you a reaction monster just for not having the reaction speed of a fucking turtle.

I forget the specifics of it but you can't detect scripts with anticheat because of how the script interacts with the game, they have to be manually confirmed. You're still not wrong though because the scripting for this game gets surprisingly sophisticated and feels like absolute shit when you encounter it.
