>>716362537 (OP) Do we really need ten donkey kong threads? Do we really need five SKG threads? Do we really need twelve "what is the (unrelated to vidya) of gaming?" threads? Do we really need that one AI art thread? Do we really need three Uma Musume threads? Do we really need discussion of games on /v/ beyond a singular thread done only at that game's release?

>>716362537 (OP) A gacha game gets sent to /vg/ for being niche waifufagging thread. Deltarune stays because itโs the indie gaming zeitgeist. Dont be retarded. Sage.

>>716362537 (OP) I don't see the problem if all of the threads currently up (one is an anon posting about completing Undertale for the first time, specifically because it's had a mixed reception on /v/. Another is a culture war / Steam Forums thread on a boss nerf in Deltarune, the last is complaining about how many gay characters are in Deltarune) are "organic", as in they aren't made by regulars. And the threads DO get banned frequently by jannies, it seems the one with a vendetta against the games is either just asleep or permits discussion of them when the thread topic isn't in a positive light or invites controversy or whatever. I don't get why it matters, though. If you want to discuss something, make a thread about it. Did you also go >do we REALLY need 5 Clair Obscur threads at all times when that game released? It's just how this site works
