Vsync fucked the framerate for me, i just locked the framerate with rivatuner i play it fine at 4k 120fps on a 6900xt

The sequel unironically runs better.
Lower the render distance for objects, otherwise the game is very CPU heavy.
It will stutter in NPC heavy areas anyway but not as much.
