First is okay. Second has some decent action sequences but a lot of stupid shit. Third and fourth are boring as hell and it's quite clear in those films that Keanu Reeves is getting too old to do such physically demanding roles.

RDR and RDR2 are the only ones I can think of with a dedicated mechanic to shoot guns. I am sure there are others.
Most games have you shoot the enemies.
