Devil Survivor 1 and 2 both undubbed
any Etrian Odyssey if you want to see just how poorly a good looking budget game can be deisgned
SMT IVA since you already got IV, best SMT gameplay-wise and total opposite of EO when it comes to balance
DQM 1/2 3D and Joker 3 Pro (all of them have english patches and can be found pre-patched on the hshop) if you want to play some of the best jrpgs ever made
MH 3U/4U/XX if you're looking for action games
way too many ds/gba games to list all the good ones but TWEWY only feels good to play on a DS/3DS so get that
GBA wise you give GBA Fire Emblem games a shot and maybe try the Megaman Battle Network series

The problem with modding a console, is that most people load it up with shit and end up playing none of it. With that in mind, I recommend you only download 3-5 games to start.
1 pick up and play game, either Mario Kart DS or Mario Kart 7
1 long form JRPG, SMTIV, Dragon Quest VIII, or something like Project X Zone or Stella Glow.
1-2 Action Games, I recommend Super Mario 3D World, Zelda OOT3D or Resident Evil Revelations.
If you truly haven't experienced the 3DS library at all, this is the best way to start without burning yourself out trying to play all the "hidden gems" fuckery.
