Stamina management is core to the games and they've made it far to generous. In DeS, DS1, & DS2 you actually had to pay attention to it. Now that shit refills in like half a second

they'd have to add another system so that you couldn't block forever, a guard gauge or something. chip damage would be a cool thing to explore within the formula, having the standard for a usable shield be 100% mitigation was a mistake and it instead being 90-95% was one of the things I liked about Demons and day-one vanilla DaS1

stamina is only good if it is tiers of exhaustion
like yo can really push your character to go beyond but then they will have to take a knee for a few minutes but you can also operate at higher then walking / jogging for a good 8 or so minutes and jog for like an hour
