Remember when Gabe said no to NFT games and Sweeney in response allowed all manner of NFT games on the platform, the majority of which were outright scams.

Yeah it's not the first or last time malware is uploaded to Steam

It's still extremely rare, unless you consider regular "official" data theft called telemetry not malware.
