Is it worth upgrading from a base ps4 to a ps5 or should I wait for the PS6?

I'd probably reckon SSD in the PS5 would be quite an upgrade over the PS4's HDD.

No. I bought mine back in 2023 and it barely has any games...it's a glorified suped up PS4. You're literally better off just buying a PC instead.

I'd probably reckon the internal NVMe SSD that comes with the PS5 would be quite an upgrade over the PS4's HDD.

Probably. I got my PS5 as I no longer trusted my PS4 after 2 HHD failures. (one internal and one external)
