I can't think of a single game that has fishing side quests/distractions that is bad. The fishing may be bad but the game itself is not. What about you?
Although I will say that the fishing side quests need to have good prizes to them. Also I dislike it when there aren't reliable ways to catch the target fish.
>>716462870 Well in Nier Automata you can do that. Trying to think of other games you can do that too. Not in Animal Crossing for sure. I guess in Terraria and other "survival crafting" sort of games....but would you really count that? I mean its a given to eat fish in those types of games.
>>716462870 >>716462979 Oh just thought of another one. Dragon Ball Kakarot. You are meant to eat those fish. although I'm not playing that right now so no screenshots of the fishing exactly.
General Stellar Blade question. Why does EVE have a belly button if she's an android or whatever?
>>716463365 I apparently do not have enough fish to continue with the quest so I'm going on to the main quest. I thought over the course of the thread I could catch the needed fish.

Fishing improves every game it's included in. It's like skeletons. Take a game with skeletons in it. It is much better than the same game without skeletons. Fishing is the same way.
