Gonna be honest here, Kasumi as the protagonist would've opened up some kino moments.
Imagine if you will, believing you are Kasumi throughout the entire game and then getting to Royale and the twist with Sumire happening. It's one thing when a side character gets mindfucked, it's another finding out that (You) got mindfucked.

OP is only a model replacement mod and does nothing else. It seems you also need to install a separate story overhaul mod to adjust the dialogue and events. Sumire is still a party member when she becomes available.

All the dialogue mod does (according to description) is edit out references to male Joker, like, "Dude", "man", "bro", etc. They edited the English dub lines but the Jap audio is obviously unaffected. Nothing has been done about Sumire.
