I once had bugs inside my monitor. They'd crawl around on the inside of the panel. Eventually got rid of them with bait traps beside it, but not before some of them died inside the screen. Ruined the whole thing.

If you're really a wimp you can put a ring of dish soap around it and starve them out. I would continue to play the console as normal too because they simply are not going to short anything out inside. Ideally of course you'll go in with a can of air and remove all of the corpses but even that is simply a civilized choice and not a necessity

Ants are incredibly sensitive to electromagnetic fields.
An ant dies in this field and other ants go to see why ant died (incase of threat/pheromone release).
These ants get messed up by electromagnetic field. Ants die, exponential pheromone release.
Same thing happens with cockroaches for some reason.
