If you report something, always choose the most serious report option possible, I usually just click at random out of the list
Jannies come running if you report something as "pony content" "guro/loli porn" etc faster than if you report it as "low effort" or "off topic" so if someone is spamming some eceleb/politics/derangement shit, just report it as one of those and they'll react quicker
Yes, I've even picked "This post violates United States law" sometimes and never got banned for it, they can't be bothered
