This series had all the rights to be GTA's equal and main rival (it was actually in the beginning stages). Now it went completely obscure, some older games are unavailable and nobody cares about it anymore. What the fuck went wrong?

When I was a kid and played Driver 3 I gave up after 20-30mins because it felt junky and unfinished.
